Our café in Dorchester is conveniently located near the Dorset County Museum, Dorchester Arts (Corn Exchange), and Shire Hall. We are open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (times may vary due to private hire), with extended hours available for Afternoon Tea bookings. Occasionally, we may close for part or all of the day when catering for large events. Please check our website or contact us directly for up-to-date opening times.
Booking is recommended to avoid disappointment, particularly during busy periods. Afternoon Tea must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
We welcome families and their furry friends. Highchairs are available, and a dedicated children’s menu ensures there’s something for everyone. Dogs are always welcome in the café, making it the perfect place for a relaxed visit.
The café offers free Wi-Fi, accepts both cash and card payments, and participates in the Dorchester BID parking scheme, providing two hours of free parking in town with a valid voucher.
Gift vouchers are available for any amount or specifically for Afternoon Tea. Vouchers can be purchased in person or over the phone by card, with the option to have them posted for an additional charge.
